We will accept personal checks, but prior to sending out an item, the check must clear our bank. We also accept money orders. Client will pay for shipping either UPS, Federal Express or the Post Office (if necessary), as well as the insurance on the item.
Shipments are made to credit card billing addresses only. All items must be fully insured at buyer's expense. In the case of damage during shipping, all shipping materials must be retained for the carrier's inspection. Please notify us immediately if this occurs!
If you intend to return an item, please call us first for authorization. Items authorized for return must be postmarked within 15 days from the date of your receipt of purchase. Items authorized for return must be in their original condition and repacked in a secure, professional manner so there is no breakage.
